What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
What types of apartments are available?+
We offer Standard Studio Apartments of 16 m2 with one king bed, and One-Bedroom Apartments of 32 m2 with one king bed and one sofa bed in the living room.
Is Wi-Fi free?+
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the property free of charge.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?+
One-Bedroom Apartments include a private kitchen with a kitchenette, kitchenware and a washing machine. Standard Studio Apartments do not include a kitchen.
Is breakfast served?+
Breakfast is not served at the property, but grocery deliveries can be arranged and there are cafeterias and restaurants within about 150 m.
Is there parking?+
The property does not have its own parking facility. Guests arriving by car use public parking in the surrounding streets.
Is there a swimming pool, restaurant or spa?+
There is no swimming pool, restaurant or spa at the property. Restaurants and cafeterias are located a short walk away.
Is there an airport shuttle?+
An airport shuttle is not offered. Dubai International Airport is 13 km away and Sharjah International Airport is 14 km away, and taxis are available around the clock.
What documents do I need at check-in?+
Guests must present a valid passport or Emirates ID at check-in, and original documents are mandatory. The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Is a deposit required?+
A refundable damage deposit of AED 150 is collected in cash on arrival and returned in full at check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment.
Are children welcome?+
Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs are free for children under six on request, extra beds cost AED 50 per child per night for children aged 1 to 16 and AED 75 per person per night from 17 years. Children aged 7 and above are charged as adults.
Are pets or parties allowed?+
Pets are not allowed, and parties or events cannot be hosted at the property. Bachelor or similar parties cannot be accommodated.
